My concern regarding not sending emails to candidates is with the data storage after 12 months. We need to reassure their confirmation before the 12 months are over or you have to delete them immediately. Therefore we need an emailing system to assure we meet data protection laws.

There is no chat history, here it is not possible to speak directly with the applicant. In addition, this data is difficult to delete again if it runs via Outlook instead of via the tool.
If an applicant is sent a rejection via a workflow, he or she sees all the email addresses of the recruiters. This should not be the case under any circumstances. (Keyword: data protection)
It would also be nice to be able to send applicants not only the workflow rejection, but also to customise the text.

I've the same Problem as Paulo Silveira. It is very important that we can send applicants a standardized email! This must be standard in a recruiting tool. I'm also interested in why this hasn't been implemented until now. Thank you.

Gran funcionalidad. Sería interesante que los candidatos pudieran recibir el mensaje directamente desde una cuenta de correo corporativa de la propia empresa, y no de Factorial.
