I think a good idea will be to allow different level of access by folder in the documents section. For example with Managers and leaders. We want leaders to have access to just a few folders , but right now if we allow that option they can see it for the whole company.

Emails such as "Time-off has been approved / requested" could be sent in a more personalized way including the company's logo and not Factorial's
