Feature requests

Currently, employees are not able to book holidays not yet accrued, even if they will be for the dates they intend to book. This currently forces us to accrue all holidays at the in January and have managers manage this manually.

Be able to email documents to Factorial folders in order to automate their upload instead of having to do it manually on the Factorial platform.

So the proper employee can request a modification of the shift planned or swap it with another employee

I think a good idea will be to allow different level of access by folder in the documents section. For example with Managers and leaders. We want leaders to have access to just a few folders , but right now if we allow that option they can see it for the whole company.

To choose the audience rather than send it automatically to all Factorial users (including third parties, freelancers, etc.)

Encuentro que los permisos de cada usuario son bastante complicados de asignar o poco claros de asignar

Mis trabajadoras todas usan una aplicación para los turnos, porque les resulta más dificil ver los turnos de la forma que se ven aqui. Adjunto imagen sobre como ellas se apañan mejor, por si sirve de mejora.

Todos los usuarios/as ven muy agresivo el mensaje predefinido sobre llegar tarde al trabajo. ¿No se puede restringir este tipo de mensajes?
