Being able to select the Manager of the employee as recipient in workflows

Right now, in the case of creating a workflow to be reminded of a probation period review HR only recieves the notification that they have X amount of employees pending review. It would be great if we could assign the manager of the affected employee as recipient

For example, unstead of chosing a specific user, chosing the Role "manager" so all managers receive the notification

I would like to be able to choose the managers or leaders for all to receive the notification alerts created, so that everyone receives the same alert, without having to select one by one.
