Hi! Gabriel here, Product Designer of the Documents team.
As Jairo announced recently, we launched the feature for Employee documents and Internal company documents.
We're launching also Subfolders for Public company documents. 🚀

Por ejemplo: crear las subcarpetas "2023", "2022", ecc... dentro de la carpeta "libro paga".

Be able to create folders within folders. For example, training, have Mandatory, Dept specific etc. Or at least colour code these to differentiate them

Hi! I'm Jairo, Product Manager of the Documents team.

I'm happy to announce that now our clients can create subfolders in the employee documents space "My documents" and the "Internal company documents" space to organize documents according to their needs.

Users with permission can create the folders system in the section Settings / Documents.

The name of the permissions that allow creating folders in each storage space are:

Set up the employee folder structure
Set up the company's internal folder structure
