This is critical. Top management reviews submitted information and recommends changes on reviews (mostly add some information or change values). Factorial doesn't let us do it so we are changing boats to old school excel.

Any updates on this? Im in the midst of 130 reviews and already come into the need to update/amend submitted information??!!!

Lorraine Jones: Hi Lorraine we just enabled the possibility to edit performance review answers while is active, this is how it works:
After submitting feedback for the first time, a new "Edit Feedback" call-to-action will appear at the bottom of the review. Clicking on this button will allow you to enter edit mode and adjust your feedback.
When editing, the "Save Draft" button will also appear, allowing you to save your edits as a draft in case you need to do so. Once you are finished with your edits, you can submit your updated feedback again.

HR would like the ability to add comments or change outputs after the review has closed - HR must be able to challenge and therefore change this to ensure the process is seen as fair and transparent

Lorraine Jones: hi Lorraine! In what cases would you need to modify an answer to a review / survey from an employee? How do you think this could be done while maintaining fairness and transparency?

Nahúm García: I suggest only HR admin could sanction a change to previously submitted entries and will need internal procedures to support. These could be that line managers have not provided enough evidence, or where an employee raised an objection to feedback or wanted additional input to be considered, likewise where there was a genuine mistake; these are all examples where there is a need to uphold and add/amend to original submission.
