Igual de importante que poder marcar en el fichaje si se hace desde la oficina o en teletrabajo, es que luego esa informacion este disponible en la seccion de reportes (para poder explotarla y asi poder sacar de forma facil las graficas de cuantos empleados estas teniendo cada dia en cada formato, o como estan usando esa medida de teletrabajo un equipo concreto)

Desarrollar alguna opción, que a la hora de fichar al darle a entrada, te salga la opción de marcar si estas teletrabajando o no.
Creo que ayudaría bastante, ya que la opción de geolocalización tendrías que entrar en cada empleado, y ver desde donde ha fichado.

Para automatizar la parte del fichaje y que no sea tan manual, estaría bien que a la hora de fichar, se pueda seleccionar que está teletrabajando. En vez de añadir una ausencia por cada día que se necesite teletrabajar, es un proceso poco automático y muy manual.

For many of us that work on hybrid mode it is needed to know how many days the employees are working from home.
For us the perfect way to do it will be :
1) The system will detect the IP used to clock in - clock out and if any of those IPs is not in the office's IPs then it will be a remote day.
2) The reports should count how many days are WFH and Office days.

It would be nice to have the option to see in the calender when somebody works from home and when in the office. We use at the moment a special category of 'leave types' but in the calender it looks than like holiday...
