Granular access on the whole could be improved. A lead manager should be able to see the documents in their teams, team, particularly if the team leader doesn't perform reviews and absence management. Currently the only way to do this is to allow them access to the whole companies documents.

Additionally, there should be more granular access to document folders and what managers can see in the profile. For example, choose exactly what can be seen.

Split up the access so that delete and upload are not in the same bracket. You would like a colleague to be able to upload a file but not delete. Currently we don't allow people to see their own documents in case anything is deleted.

That's a good idea ! They could download reports or have access to specific reports (not have access to all of them as it's the case today)
