I'd like to be able to control the email notifications our team is receiving (e.g. stop team leaders from being notified they need to approve their team's hours)

Be able to have a document with blank space to fill up by employees and custom variables that auto-fill the document (such as name, data...). So fillable documents and dynamic documents in one single document template

It would be good to have a "position" filter (along with the other filters in the Employees tab) to easily scan through the list of employees

Right now, in the case of creating a workflow to be reminded of a probation period review HR only recieves the notification that they have X amount of employees pending review. It would be great if we could assign the manager of the affected employee as recipient

If you have lots of projects, it would be great to be able to associate project to teams or employees so the users will only see the projects they are working on
