For the leave of maternity, in Spain you can be working at 50 % for several months, so for that it would be great to be able to request several half days at the same time and not one by one

Other platforms have the option for admins to log in as another employee in order to check how the employee sees a change recently made, how a team lead sees the PTO dashboards...
