Be able to sort documents by date or alphabetical order. Currently docs are sort by date

Be able to make changes in bulk : General information, salaries, variable compensation, etc.

Create an approval workflow so that employees can request the admin to edit a closed review in case they made a mistake / could not answer the questionnaire

Debería de salir en el informe del control horario una casilla de bolsa de horas indicando cuantas son las horas que se han hecho de más o de menos.

Right now when a review or survey is launched in a monthy basis in the middle of the month (p.e 15th of April), the next one is going to be launched on the first day of the next month (1st of May instead of 15th of May)

In the permissions section, add a flag to activate/deactivate the edition of one's personal information. This way, admins would be in control of any changes made to the employees' info (such as bank account number, address, etc.)

It would be awesome if we could solve a very common issue for us: when someone leave the company they always forget to fill in their timesheets, and we can´t do anything to solve that
